PFID NUMBER ASSIGNMENT CONTRACT
Between: 24PM, a member company of the ProfitFlow Consortium, with its registered office at Grand-Place de Quenast 16, 1430 Rebecq, registered with the BCE under number BE0847 436 540, hereinafter referred to as "24PM".

And: The Acquirer. (YOU)

Whereas: The Acquirer requests the assignment of a PFID number to access the services provided by the ProfitFlow Consortium network and accepts the terms set forth in this contract.

It is hereby agreed as follows:

This contract governs the assignment by 24PM of a PFID number to The Acquirer, subject to the conditions of use and inherent obligations.

The Acquirer acknowledges that the ProfitFlow Consortium, including 24PM, does not intervene in contractual relationships between The Acquirer and third-party passive rights sellers.

The Acquirer authorizes 24PM and other members of the Consortium to process their personal data necessary for the use of the PFID number.

The Acquirer is informed of the ability to interact with various members of the Consortium, ensuring flexibility and continuity of services.

The PFID number is assigned for a duration of three years for individuals and five years for legal entities.

Renewal is subject to acceptance of the new conditions in force.

The Acquirer may request the deletion of their personal data, except those retained for legal compliance purposes by 24PM.

The acquisition fee for the PFID number is €49.80 including VAT for individuals. For legal entities, this fee is €49.80 including VAT.

Companies must purchase a PFID for each shareholder and each representative. They can pay via the company provided they obtain a mandate from their side.

The Acquirer agrees to pay the corresponding amount to 24PM into account BE58 7320 6565 2479 within seven days from the signing of the order form, or immediately via online payment for orders placed online.

Failure to make payment within the allotted time may result in the invalidation of the PFID number assignment, without limiting 24PM's right to take steps to obtain the due payment.

Validation of this contract is evidenced by the assignment of the PFID number and acceptance of these general terms of purchase, confirmed by the electronic signature of The Acquirer via mouse and online payment of the corresponding fees. For 24PM, acceptance of payment constitutes a signature of this contract.

In case of translation, the French version shall prevail in case of discrepancy.

By ordering a PFID, you confirm that you have read and accepted the rules and principles of the ProfitFlow Consortium, which you confirm when paying online for the rights to create your PFID (ProfitFlow Identity).
